Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026. This policy explains what information FilesZero processes when you use our TeraBox video player and downloader, and what we do with it. The short version: we process the minimum needed to run the tool, and we do not sell personal data.
Links You Paste
When you paste a TeraBox link, our servers resolve it so the video can play or download. To make repeat plays faster, basic details of the file — its title, size, duration, thumbnail and the share link itself — are stored in our video cache. Files themselves are streamed from the source; we do not host copies of your videos. We never ask for, and you should never enter, your TeraBox password on FilesZero.
Accounts
If you create an account, we store your username, email address and a securely hashed password, along with your favourites and watch history so your dashboard works. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via the contact page.
Cookies and Daily Limits
We use cookies and similar identifiers to operate the fair-use daily limit for guests, to keep you signed in, and to remember simple preferences. These are functional cookies; the service cannot fairly enforce limits or maintain sessions without them.
Analytics, Traffic Measurement and Advertising
We measure visits in aggregate to understand which pages and features are used. The site may also display advertising provided by third-party ad networks, which can use their own cookies to serve and measure ads, subject to their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers strictly needed to run the site (such as hosting and the link-resolution provider) and when we are legally required to do so.
Your Choices and Contact
You may use the tool without an account, clear your cookies in your browser, and contact us about any privacy question or deletion request at support@fileszero.com or through the contact page. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted here.
